On behalf of our client in the Professional Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Data Entry Clerk

Data Entry Clerk – Job Description

  • Develop an expertise in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project costing data and forecasts by working with IT leaders and closely monitoring all expenditures
  • Perform standard data entry tasks according to team minimum production and accuracy standard
  • Examine data records
  • Inspect and record incoming data for completeness, accuracy of codes and other potential problems in processing

Data Entry Clerk – Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under various stressful and time sensitive situations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Perform clerical, administrative, technical, operational work
  • Familiarity with GSuite (GMail, GSheets) Oracle e-Business Suite (AP Viewer and iProcurement User)
  • College degree

Data Entry Clerk – Nice to Have Skills

  • French and/or Spanish an asset
