Afrofest 2025, Canada’s largest free African music festival, returns to Toronto’s Woodbine Park on July 5 and 6. This much-anticipated event brings together tens of thousands of people for a weekend of live performances, food, crafts, and cultural pride—all rooted in the rich traditions of the African continent and its global diasporas. Since its inception over three decades ago, Afrofest has grown into a powerful platform that unites communities and showcases the incredible diversity of African music, dance, food, and art. Afro-Carib Fest is an award-winning, FREE, two-day outdoor festival that celebrates diversity by showcasing the arts, culture, and heritage of the African and Caribbean communities and beyond to over 50,000 attendees. Audiences will be engaged through live performances from over 120 local artists and over 80 vendors, a cultural parade, a kid's zone, dance competitions with cash prizes, drum circles, raffle draws with prizes, and much more.
