The 38th Annual Black History Month Kick-Off Brunch, hosted by the Ontario Black History Society, takes place on January 25 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST at the Ontario Government Building. This in-person event launches Black History Month with a community marketplace, live music, a served meal, and a main program featuring educators, historians, and community leaders. Centred on the importance of intergenerational storytelling, the brunch invites families and community members to reflect, reconnect, and celebrate Black history together.
