An interview with Toronto-based award-winning Jamaican Chef Noel Cunningham and Trinidadian-Canadian Chef Kareema Beckles ahead of the milestone 20th virtual edition of the International Jerk Food and Music Festival (JerkFest). Chef Kareema Beckles and Chef Noel Cunningham are two of the Toronto Caribbean community's most beloved chefs. The Caribbean Fusion cuisine chefs will join forces to hold live food demonstrations as part of the virtual 20th edition of The International Jerk Food and Music Festival (aka JerkFest), running from August 6th to 8th, 2021. JerkFest's headliners will feature Jamaican reggae legends Tarrus Riley and saxophonist Dean Fraser, 'The Empress of Reggae Music' Marica Griffiths and dancehall singer Lukie D.
